At Legacy Transfers, we take pride in producing high-quality DTF transfers, custom apparel, and printing supplies. Because many of our products are made specifically for each order, certain items may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Custom Printed Products
Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, gang sheets, and personalized items, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been printed or produced.
This includes:

Personalized Gifts

Custom Chenille & Sequin Patches
Since these products are created using customer-provided artwork or custom specifications, they cannot be resold once produced.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded artwork and order details are correct before submitting their order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can review the issue.
To help resolve the problem quickly, please include:

Once reviewed, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement or refund.
DTF Transfer Application Issues
We cannot offer refunds for application errors caused by incorrect heat press settings or improper garment preparation.
Please make sure to follow our Heat Press Instructions carefully when applying your transfers.
We recommend performing a test press before pressing large quantities.
Printing Supplies Returns
Unused DTF printing supplies may be eligible for return under certain conditions.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused

The item must be in its original packaging

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once an order has entered production or printing has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Issues
Legacy Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once packages have been shipped.
If your package is lost or delayed during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
However, we will assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
