Order Processing Time
At Legacy Transfers, we work hard to ensure every order is produced quickly and accurately. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Production time begins after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that custom products such as DTF transfers, gang sheets, and personalized items require production time before shipping.
Shipping Methods
We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Customers located near Cleveland, Texas can select Free Local Pickup at checkout.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship orders quickly, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Legacy Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
If your package is delayed during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, Legacy Transfers cannot guarantee delivery and is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Legacy Transfers is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery.
If this occurs, customers should contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor your package's delivery status.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after receiving the shipment notification.
